The Company and Strategic Brief

StealthWare Ltd. has been formed by the development team behind the award winning KeyDrive II product family. The goal of the new development process is to build on proven technology and to update and enhance the marketing opportunity by creating a product strategy that lends itself to the online marketing environments available today and for the foreseeable future.

StealthWare Ltd. is a tightly focussed technology development company with in-house resources and experience to design, develop and produce highly innovative security products. Distribution to the market will be primarily via the shareware model where we will employ positive viral marketing techniques to ensure development of a significant platform of 2-3 million users within two years after product launch. In addition to this, the technology will be licensed to OEM and publishing partners for sale through the traditional channel markets. Potential partners include major players in the software security business as well as hardware authentication manufacturers who are, by definition, always seeking new platforms for their technology and need software solutions to provide a marketable product.
